Mr. Prinsloo established himself as the top High-Rise Sales Professional in Las Vegas over the past 20 years. Having listed over 2700 developer listings he brings a wealth of condo sales knowledge to developers, condo buyers, and sellers alike.

 

Mr. Prinsloo was a Founding Partner of Related Prinsloo Realty Services (RPRS), a joint venture collaboration between Mr. Prinsloo and Jorge Perez, Chairman/CEO of Related Florida, the pre-eminent High-Rise condo developer in South Florida, where he positioned the company as Las Vegas’ premier development sales organization focused on Residential High-Rise and Condo-Hotel properties.

 

Mr. Prinsloo managed sales for numerous condo developments and provided consulting services to some of the nation’s top real estate development firms including the Pathfinder Partners, Grand Sierra Hotel Casino and Residences in Reno, The Peebles Corporation, Pacific Properties, Diamond Resorts, Station Casinos, and the Sands Corporation.

 

Mr. Prinsloo started his condo sales career as a Sales Executive at Panorama Towers.

 

Mr. Prinsloo is Chairman of the Yellowwood Foundation, which raises money to feed the poor in Capetown, South Africa.
