Located behind the gates of the Las Vegas Country Club, Regency Towers was built in 1974 and was the first high-rise condominium property to open in the Las Vegas Valley.
It has a storied history and provided homes to celebrities and the notorious alike including George Carlin, Anthony Spilotro (American mobster during the 70’s and 80s), Moe Dalitz (American gangster, casino owner and philanthropist), Rodney Dangerfield, Debbie Reynolds, Don Miguel Ruiz (Mexican Author), Hank Greenspun (Publisher of the Las Vegas Sun), Norm Clarke (American gossip columnist) and La Toya Jackson.
In March 2007 the second season of the television series HGTV Design Star was filmed inside one of the penthouse units.
